Our Pilates class incorporates a variety of stretching and core strengthening exercises. The main benefits include improving postural alignment, balance, strength, flexibility and overall fitness levels. Join this class if you want to engage your muscles in a strong but gentle way!
The Dynaband program is an exercise program for older adults using dyna bands (elastic bands), and other exercise equipment. This class has components of endurance, balance and strength exercises and finishes with stretching. Join us at the WNCHC on Monday’s from 1:30-2:30!

The women’s hand-drumming circle focuses on gaining a voice and a sense of holistic healing. Participants in the group connect with their emotional and spiritual well-being through shared songs and story-telling. Women and children are welcome.
