The Older Adults Staying in Shape (OASIS) is a holistic health program that meets the social, physical, emotional, mental health and cognitive needs of older adults living in West Nipissing.
A low-impact class for older adults that contains a mix of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and memory exercises. This class will also help improve your strength and mobility to prevent a fall.
Members of this group meet weekly to socialize and to knit or crochet various items for either personal use or to make donations in the community (women’s shelter, red scarf project, tree of warmth, etc.).
