OASIS Social (English)

The Older Adults Staying in Shape (OASIS) is a holistic health program that meets the social, physical, emotional, mental health and cognitive needs of older adults. The program incorporates educational sessions that cover various health and wellness topics for participants. It also offers a wide range of social activities that focus on social interactions and inclusion, muscle memory and other positive health outcomes.
